Mānuka

We use the MPI export standard ‘Mānuka Honey Science Definition’ for our small, unique, Mānuka honey batches that we sell on the New Zealand domestic market. This ensures our customers are getting honey that is true to label and of excellent quality.

Mānuka has a strong flavour and can be used in many ways including on hot toast or crumpets, smoothies or even licking off the spoon!

Kanuka

Our unique Kanuka honey is a monofloral honey that is lab tested to ensure it’s true to label.

It’s a cousin to the popular Mānuka. It is a light sweet honey and research indicates it has unique anti-inflammatory properties.
