Mānuka
We use the MPI export standard ‘Mānuka Honey Science Definition’ for our small, unique, Mānuka honey batches that we sell on the New Zealand domestic market. This ensures our customers are getting honey that is true to label and of excellent quality.
Mānuka has a strong flavour and can be used in many ways including on hot toast or crumpets, smoothies or even licking off the spoon!
Native
Our bees have blended the nectar from flowers including Rewarewa and Kamahi to create our unique Native Honey. This honey is creamy with a hint of caramel flavour.
Great warmed slightly and drizzled over ice cream or enjoy with cheese as part of a cheese board.
